Beef Solutions partners with farmers who embrace our goal of raising quality cattle with a strong commitment to animal well-being, land stewardship and their communities. In order to sell your beef into the program you must meet the Gold Standard guidelines listed below.

The Process:
The first step of being enrolled in the program is to call the Beef Solutions office at 859-278-0899. From there the following must be completed:
The Gold Standard is:
- Cattle are source verified
- Must have access to fresh water at all times
- Are raised using animal well-being practices
- Live low-stress lives in safe environments
- Receive immediate and appropriate medical care when necessary
Enrollment Requirements:
- Cattle must be owned a minimum of 60 days prior to harvest
- Cattle must be enrolled in the Beef Solutions Gold Standard Program
- All approved cattle will receive a unique program compliant tag
- All farmers must have a current Beef Quality Assurance & Care program number
The Process:
The first step of being enrolled in the program is to call the Beef Solutions office at 859-278-0899. From there the following must be completed:
- Farmer Pre-Enrollment followed by the approval process
- Movement Documentation is sent to the farmer from Beef Solutions
- Delivery Dates are set-up between Beef Solutions and the processor
- Farmer is responsible for delivery of cattle on a pre-determined date
